This warranty policy applies to storage products purchased through our website, including Hard Disk Drives (HDD), Solid State Drives (SSD), Memory Cards, USB Flash Drives, NVR Hard Drives, DVR Hard Drives, and other compatible storage devices.
Warranty Coverage
All storage devices sold by Secure Line Solutions are covered under the respective manufacturer, distributor, or supplier warranty, subject to the warranty terms provided by the brand.
The applicable warranty period for each product is clearly mentioned on the product page and purchase invoice at the time of sale.
Warranty Verification
The official Secure Line Solutions warranty sticker attached to the product packaging or product itself will serve as proof of warranty eligibility.
Customers are advised not to remove, alter, or damage the warranty sticker during the warranty period.
Requirements for Warranty Claims
To process a warranty claim successfully, customers must provide:
Original product in complete condition
Original purchase invoice or order confirmation
Complete retail packaging, where applicable
Warranty sticker intact and clearly visible
Failure to provide the required documents or packaging may result in delays or rejection of the warranty claim.
